Perfectly Roasted Potatoes: How to

Hey guys! Today I'll be sharing with you tips on how to make the perfectly roasted potatoes.

Things you'll need
- Potatoes ( of course ) : the quantity depending on the amount of people you intend on cooking for.
- Olive oil : for that rich golden colour and making sure your potatoes don't stick to the pan.
- Salt, Black pepper, Rosemary : seasoning.
- baking tray/pan anyone works
- tin foil aka foil paper
-  carrots ( optional but if you do decide to include it that's a thumbs up! ) or any other veggies

Alright let's get right to it.

So you will have to peel and rinse your potatoes, cut them into chunks ( wish I had a visual aid here, thought about it when I was halfway through. Nonetheless, stay with me) place them in a pot of cold water and bring to a boil. 10 minutes only.
By the way, preheat your oven to 250 or more. I can't give an exact setting because I used a microwave oven. When you're done with that line your tray with tin foil, lightly brush on some olive oil and set aside.
Your potatoes should be done by now, drain the liquid as much as you can and pour in some of that olive oil, just enough to coat the potatoes, then here comes the fun part...shake lightly so that the potatoes have slight dents this will help give you that crispy texture you may be searching for.
Transfer to the pan and get creative, lining the potatoes with chopped carrots and basically any other veggies you like, then sprinkle some salt (go easy) and black pepper and some rosemary ( fresh if possible )
Pop in the oven for 20-25 minutes, just don't forget your potatoes. When it's done it should have a golden appearance, let it cool and serve with whatever sauce/ gravy of your choice.

perfectly roasted potatoes and carrots (ate the rest of them while waiting for them to cool lool ) + some bomb sauce I made the previous day as the yummy drumsticks

Pictures!!

Note: Roasted, Fried, Baked whatever...Carrots taste so much like fried plantain, and guess what? They have similar aromas.
