Hi ladies, I've been pressured to put this out without updating it because a lot of you ladies have reached out to me regarding help with your hair, my updated regimen will be up sooner or later but for now here's me sharing one or two or ten tips with you.

So this is an extensive hair regimen of mine, I stick to this pretty much, the staple products I use at the moment are shea moisture's curl and shine line and occasionally one or two conditioners from different brands.

First, you need to change your shampoo to a sulfate free shampoo, and shampoo once in two weeks or once a month.

Cowash once or twice a week,
deep condition once a week for 2 hours unfailingly. Preferably with honey and olive oil mixed in your conditioner for extra moisture.

Please wash your hair in sections!! 4 - 6 sections are just the right amount, (wash a section, focus on your scalp and use the pads of your fingers to rub, while holding the rest of that section...no nail scrubbing in this business or else you'll end up with split ends and breakage. Once you're done, twist up/clip away, then move to the next.) remember to be gentle too!

Do a protein treatment once a month, or as needed. Mayonnaise mixed with olive oil. Coated liberally and left In the hair for just 30 minutes. Since it's protein it will leave your hair hard. Just rinse it out thoroughly then deep condition. If you don't want to become a mixologist just buy a good protein conditioner. (Aphogee)

If you've been using eggs in any of your mixtures frequently I'll suggest you cut back, that's a form of protein and excess protein equals dry and hard hair that breaks off.

Moisturize your hair daily with a water based leave in conditioner, through the week I do the LOC method, leave in, oil and cream. The oil seals in the moisture. Oil alone will not moisturize your hair. Its work is to seal and lubricate.

Massage your scalp frequently for blood flow to the scalp to stimulate the follicles which result in growth.

Don't dry your hair with a towel, use an old cotton t shirt instead. That towel gon snag yo hair and dry it out further I promise you.

For detangling, you either do it while cowashing or when you're out of the shower, section by section, starting from the ends and working your way up, dampen it a bit with water or a leave in conditioner then do the job gently.

Make sure you always tie your hair up at night, with a satin or silk scarf or bonnet, or better still a satin pillowcase because cotton pillowcases suck the moisture from your Hair, create friction which equals breakage. Tie your hair up at night! It's important, even if you just want to lay on your bed or the couch protect your hair.

Don't over-manipulate your hair, simple styles, buns, twistouts, Bantu knots, I hardly retwist my hair, once it's done that day I just let the style get old. When I'm not twisting I just do wash and go's and refresh everyday with water

With the braids, spray your scalp with an oil and water mix in your spray bottle daily. And wash once in two weeks. take them down in one month or 6 weeks. Same goes for weaves. Don't neglect your hair underneath. Also please don't scratch your hair in protective styles, I did that and ended up with some gotdamn unexplainable breakage.

Assess your hair to see if your ends are frayed and if you have split ends and trim them lightly. Trimming helps with length retention because your ends are in better shape so that's healthy

Look into your diet and make sure you're eating healthy, not dieting, I mean eating health foods, fruits, increasing your water in take and exercising lightly. ( avocados, almonds, enough leafy greens, fresh fruits ) good for hair growth and general well being.

Drink water Be patient, and good to your  hair.
